XIII International Conference: “Complex Treatment of Plasma Cell Dyscrasias in 2025” at the Jagiellonian University Medical College, St. Anna 12, 31-008 Krakow.
This up-to-date and important conference has been organized by Professor Artur Jurczyszyn of the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow, Poland.
There will be a Welcome Dinner on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Restauracja 3 Rybki.
Professors Maciej Małecki and Artur Jurczyszyn will open the conference at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2025.
The chairmen of Session I consist of Professors Wiesław W. Jedrzejczak, Aleksander Skotnicki, and Ewa Lech-Marańda.
The first speaker is Professor Meera Mohan, Medical College of Wisconsin, USA, on “CAR-T Cell Therapy in Multiple Myeloma – Outpatient Administration.”
Professor Lalit Kumar, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, India, will follow with a presentation on “How I Treat Plasma Cell Dyscrasias in India in 2025.”
Professor Rafael Fonseca, Mayo Clinic, USA, will present an address entitled “Impact of Disease Progression, Line of Therapy and Response on Health-Related Quality of Life in Multiple Myeloma.”
Professor Erini Katodritou, Theagenio Cancer Center, Thessaloniki, Greece, with a presentation “Central Nervous System Multiple Myeloma – How I Treat in 2025.”
Following the coffee break, the chairmen of Session II are Professors Tomasz Sacha, Bogusław Machaliński, and Krzysztof Giannopoulos.
The first presentation of Session II is Professor Michael O’Dwyer, University of Galway, Ireland, who will speak on “Immunotherapy in High Risk Multiple Myeloma.”
This will be followed by a presentation by Professor Chor Sang Chim, University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, “Minimal Residual Disease Detection in Multiple Myeloma.”
Professor Hermann Einsele, University Hospital of Wurzburg, Germany, will then speak on “Optimal use of T-Cell Engaging Biospecific Antibodies in Multiple Myeloma.”
The afternoon session will close with “Polish Algorithm for Therapy of Multiple Myeloma in 2025” by the host, Professor Artur Jurczyszyn.
The sessions will be followed by a dinner at Korzkiew Castle at 6:00 p.m.
